1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any services offered on 777PAB (https://777pab.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding and takes effect from the moment you create a777PAB account or place your first bet — whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our platform. We recommend saving a copy of this document for your personal records.777PAB reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check back regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all 777PAB products and services, including but not limited to Live Casino, Slots, Online Casino games, Bingo, Color Game, Volleyball Betting, and PBA Betting. Additional game-specific rules may also apply and will be made available on the relevant game pages.

2. Eligibility

To create a 777PAB account and participate in any gaming or betting activity, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gambling regulations supervised by PAGCOR.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 777PAB, its affiliates, or any related service provider.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, whether voluntary or imposed by a gaming authority.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any pending winnings derived from non-compliant activity.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold onlyone (1) active 777PAB account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account is considered to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 777PAB support immediately at support@777pab.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot be held liable for losses incurred before a report is made.

777PAB performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) regulations. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID) before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 777PAB are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods for your convenience:

• GCash – instant mobile wallet deposits
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) – e-wallet and prepaid card
• GrabPay – in-app wallet transfers
• Coins.ph – crypto-linked local wallet
• InstaPay / PESONet – real-time interbank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank – online banking portals
• Visa / Mastercard – debit and credit card payments

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 777PAB does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider before depositing.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered under your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. Funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).

Deposited funds are held in a segregated account to ensure player protection. 777PAB is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 777PAB account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya / GrabPay: Within 24 hours
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank (InstaPay): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if a compliance review has been triggered. 777PAB reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before releasing any withdrawal above₱50,000.

You may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never used in any wagering activity. A minimum of one (1) qualifying bet equivalent to the deposit amount must be placed before a withdrawal can be requested. This measure is in place to protect against payment processing abuse.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777PAB offers various bonuses and promotional campaigns to reward both new and loyal kabayan players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a defaultwagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money bets are placed first; bonus funds are used once the real money balance reaches zero.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is ₱1,000 per round or bet slip.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable, and non-exchangeable for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.

777PAB reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating duplicate accounts or coordinated play — will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777PAB are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before submitting any wager. 777PAB will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified system error.

The following general betting rules apply across all 777PAB game categories:

• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 777PAB's discretion.
• In the case of a system malfunction or data feed error, 777PAB reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Results declared by 777PAB are final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being posted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per account tier. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Live betting markets (real-time wagers in Live Casino and PBA Betting) operate under slightly different odds update rules. Please review the in-game notice before placing live bets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all 777PAB members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technology that gives an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or 777PAB's backend systems
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption involving real sporting events
• Using the 777PAB platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777PAB staff or other players through any communication channel

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to PAGCOR, the Philippine National Police (PNP), or other relevant authorities. 777PAB maintains detailed logs of all account activity and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

777PAB believes that gaming should be fun, sulit, and above all — safe. We are committed to supporting responsible gambling practices and complying with all PAGCOR guidelines on player protection.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps (₱ amounts)
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum you are willing to lose within a set period
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or logouts after a specified play duration
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for24 hours to 30 days

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777PAB platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any part of the platform without prior written consent
• Using 777PAB's brand or logo in any form without authorisation
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any 777PAB software
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading data from the platform

Any unauthorised use of 777PAB's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11. Limitation of Liability

777PAB provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be free from errors, downtime, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 777PAB shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winings, or data arising from technical failures or maintenance periods
• Losses caused by your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or any applicable game rules
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Actions of third-party payment providers, network operators, or service outages beyond 777PAB's control

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to 777PAB in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall limit777PAB's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777PAB reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before major changes take effect (where operationally feasible)
• Display an in-app notice upon your next login

Your continued use of 777PAB after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with a change, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments — such as typo corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of 777PAB shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 777PAB.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the jurisdiction in which 777PAB holds its operating licence under PAGCOR.
